Say hello

We would like to hear from you.

No form, no ticket number. Three ways to reach a person, and we answer in the order things arrive.

In short

Email is the fastest route for anything that needs a considered answer, and it reaches a person rather than a queue. If you are writing about your own birth details, to have them corrected, exported or deleted, say so in the subject line and it goes to the front, because that is the one request with a clock on it.

A few things that get answered faster

Your birth details, or having them removed

Write from the address on the account, and say what you would like removed. We do not need your birth details in the message to act on it, please do not send them. What we hold and how it is handled is set out in our privacy policy.

A city that reads wrong

Tell us the city and roughly which line you expected. Distances are measured as real ground rather than in longitude, which reads tighter than some older software at high latitudehow we read a place explains the difference, and it accounts for most reports.

Billing, refunds, and cancelling

Subscriptions bought inside the app are held by Apple or Google, so cancellations and refunds go through your App Store or Play Store account, we cannot reverse a charge we never took. Anything they will not resolve, bring to us and we will help. The terms set out what each plan includes.

Press, partnerships, and everything else

The same email address. It reaches a person, not a queue.

Things you can settle without us

Not a deflection, these are the four questions that arrive most often, and all four already have a fuller answer somewhere on the site than an email would give.

“Why is my line somewhere different from another site?” Almost always the birth time zone. An hour of difference moves every line by about fifteen degrees of longitude, which is most of a continent. The second most common cause is how distance to a line is measured, which makes our figures read tighter far from the equator for the same city how we read a place sets both out in full.

“Why does my line stop in the middle of the map?” Because it genuinely ends. Far enough north or south, some bodies never rise or set at all, so their rising and setting lines have nowhere to be. Software that draws them across the gap is inventing a position; we leave the space empty.

“Can you tell me the best city for me?” Not by email, and not honestly by anyone. The answer depends on your birth moment, the reading takes about a minute, and it runs on your own device.

“Do you hold my birth data?” Only if you made an account and saved a chart. The reading on the public pages happens in your browser and nothing from it reaches us. Privacy covers what is held, for how long, and how to have it removed.
