Is this just astrology?

It is locational astrology, and it is not a horoscope. We do not sell identity: nothing here tells you who you are. It takes one fixed fact, the arrangement of the sky at the moment you were born, lays it over the world, and describes what each place tends to ask of a person carrying that arrangement. Two people born days apart get different answers for the same city. Anything that tells you a city is universally good is describing something that does not exist.

Do I need to know the time I was born?

For the lines, yes, and closely. Four minutes of difference moves a line about a hundred kilometres, which is the difference between a city sitting on your line and sitting nowhere near it. If your time is roughly known, we widen the reading into a region rather than a point and say so. If it is unknown we will not draw lines we cannot place honestly; you still receive your planetary signs and the sky as it moves now, neither of which depends on the hour.

Can I test it before paying?

That is the whole design. The map at the top of this page is the real reading of your real birth moment, free, with no account. It runs on your own device and nothing from it is sent to us or kept. Below it you can name a city from your past and see what was running there that year. Where nothing was, it says so. A free account keeps those checks and lets you test every date you remember. What happens if nothing runs near me?

We tell you. Most of the world is quiet ground for most charts, and a reading that finds meaning in every place on earth is not a reading. When nothing of yours passes nearby, the page says so plainly and leaves the space empty.

Where does my birth information go?

The reading on this page is a preview: it is worked out on your own device, and nothing from it is sent to us or kept. Two things can leave, and neither is your birth moment. A place name you type that is not among the towns already built into the page is looked up, with nothing else attached to it. And the map fetches its detail as you move it, so the map service can see which part of the world is on screen, never who you are. Your lines are drawn on your device, over the top. If you make an account, which is what saving a chart, a place or a plan needs, your birth moment is stored under it so it reaches your other devices, readable only by you and never used to sell anything to you.
